About Me

 Todd W. DeVoe is an experienced Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Instructor and training program manager. Driven by Excellence, he takes pride in providing the best learning environment possible. As a CWMD training consultant, his goals include delivering the most current and correct information, validating the student’s grasp of the knowledge, and ensuring the success of the learners. Todd has been recognized numerous times by the United States Department of Defense for his extraordinary commitment to training quality.

Todd’s passion for learning can be traced back to his first United States Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) command in Barbers Point, HI, in 1990 where he spent significant time working on EOD operations and training. As a former Chief Warrant Officer, he specializes in EOD operations, Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosive (CBRNE) operations, and associated learning & development program management. With this experience, he has also spent many years developing and delivering CWMD training and exercises for the United States Navy, Bureau of Medicine and Surgery, and foreign emergency responders for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency.

Todd has worked in the WMD industry for over 40 years, gaining experience in many facets of CBRNE operations and training. As a seasoned WMD trainer, he is passionate about advancing industry standards and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP’s). In addition to CWMD training, he is also involved in lifelong learning and observing new technological advancements of science. Outside of the office, Todd enjoys woodworking, hydroponic gardening, and spending time with his wife Debbie, three daughters, and seven grandchildren.
